Undergraduate Programs / Overview

Introduction

Our undergraduate programs, each with different program requirements, are based on and are fully compatible with the established European and American educational systems. The European guidelines for higher education are outlined in the Bologna agreements. Some programs require or allow students to choose a major and/or minor, a primary and secondary specialization during undergraduate studies. Once a minimum number of credits has been earned, a request for graduation can be submitted. Not all programs are offered at all campuses. Refer to the program schedule for further details.

Bachelor Programs

BBS - Bachelor in Business Studies (180 credits)
BBA - Bachelor of Business Administration (180 credits) (choose major and minor)
BA - Bachelor of Arts in Design Management (180 credits)
BA - Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Management (180 credits)
BA - Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management (180 credits)
BA - Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management (180 credits)
BA - Bachelor of Arts in Technology Management (180 credits)
BA - Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Management (180 credits)

Minors

The following minors are available for the BBA program only:

This program allows students who are 17 or older and who have completed less than 12 years of formal education to earn up to an additional 60 credits in undergraduate courses in order to qualify for admission in our undergraduate degree programs. Refer to the undergraduate admission requirements for further details.

Undergraduate Diploma (30-60 credits)

This program is a top-up program that allows students to transfer more than 120 credits earned from other institutions and earn only the remaining number of credits to reach 180, the equivalent of a Bachelor degree, with a minimum of 30 in Pre-Master leveling courses in order to qualify for admission in our graduate programs. Refer to the graduate admission requirements for further details.

Global Bachelor program

Earn a global degree at UIBS by studying in Europe and Tokyo, and finishing with one of our academic partners in New York.

Dual Bachelor programs

Earn a second degree at UIBS for an additional 60 credits, or continue with one of our academic partners around the world.

Study Abroad in Tokyo, Japan

Spend one or more quarters at our satellite campus in Tokyo, Japan and experience all the city and country have to offer.

Flexible Liberal and Global Studies

Consider alternative programs from our sister institution, European College for Liberal Studies (ECLS), including International Relations.
